The System provides habit tracking, productivity tools, leaderboard tracking, and personal growth analytics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service with or without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

4. Subscription, Payments & Gateway Processing

Certain premium features or subscriptions on The System require payment. All payment processing is handled securely via authorized third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay and Stripe.

• Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable subscription fees and any relevant taxes.
• Currency & Pricing: Prices displayed on checkout are inclusive of applicable service taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Verification: Transactions are processed over SSL encrypted connections. We do not store raw credit/debit card numbers or CVV on our servers.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, or international laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, interfere with, or exploit system vulnerabilities or server infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in automated scraping or bot activity.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users on public leaderboards or communication channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, and software of The System are the intellectual property of The System and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Platform solely for personal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The System and its affiliates, officers, employees, or payment partners (including Razorpay & Stripe) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
